Dear Pastor Lloyd, I watch you every Sunday nite and you give me so much peace with your on target messages. I really wish I lived close to you and your flock.I am a member of Christian Retreatan and Pastor Phil is a good guy also, pretty much like you. It seems the ones who came up from the sewer's and gave their lives to JESUS with gusto and no mish mash are the cream of the crop. I pray for you and your church. I am also asking you to pray for me when you have a moment. I am having kind of a hard time in my life now. I lost my only child 2 years ago on Christmas Day. A dinamite Deputy hit by a drunk driver. He gave Bibles out to the people he arrested and I'm sure led many to the LORD. Such a humble boy. Nothing like his mother. I'm from the Bronx and I'm Sicilan and I'm trying to be. I will sneak one more paragraph into this was gonna be short message.I was in and out of Hospital's for about 7 months when I was finally diagnosed with a lulu of a cancer. The bladder, and now my friend I call Rosebud is outside of my body. No big deal. I would do it all over again, because The Lord sent me so many poor lost souls to witness too. What an honer to be HIS child, and to think it was my darling son who introduced me to HIM.Praise The LORD. GOD is good. GOD BLESS you and yours Pastor John and keep up the good work. I'm back doing my work as a waitress here on Anna Maria Island when my Doctor at Moffitt said I would never be able to. I said you watch me Doc. Jesus was holding your hands and helping you as you operated on me and He is going to do the same for me as I work. Dont you know Pastor I have the highest sales almost ever night. I just wanted to take a moment and thank each and everyone of you at the Church for your unconditional love and support. When I first started going, about 2 years ago, I sat alone way in the far back. Now, I am as close to the front as I can get. I can't wait for Wenesday nights. Those are my favorites! My family and I have gone through so many tradedies and trails lately, but throught your church, you have taught me my most important lesson...do not fear. I love you guys and everything you do for me and my family. I could go on and on, but for now, i will spare you. Pastor Lloyd we love you! You are such an awesome man of God! As members of CCC we still feel very connected even though we are oceans apart! You and Jesus and the Holy Spirit were responsible for turning our tough lives around after 911. I was an airline pilot as you know and out of work for over one year as we tried to pick up the pieces on our own. You re-ignited our Love for our Personal Savior Jesus Christ! We went through the missionary plaement courses and prayed fervently to God for direction in our lives. We were called back to the islands in Micronesia to spread the gospel to all of the islanders! We lived and preached the gospel in truk Lagoon for two years, and assisted Dr. Tonya Hawthorne in her Medical Missions there. We love the Lord and moved to Saipan to start a "Fishers of Men" ministry with a boat. Our boat was destroyed by Typhoon Ting Ting in June 2004. We lost almost all of our savings due to the storm wrecked boat. You and your flock sent a Love gift at just the right time when we were almost out of money and almost homeless. We were able to through your faith in us to stand in the gap. We have faith like children that the Lord has better things for us and we stand on that with you! We have faith and praise the Lord in good and bad times. I thank you for your helpful teachings , like Jesus to prepare us for the lives we are doing for the LORD each day! Just the other day I was witnessing to a tourist from Thailand and I told him my story, he offered me a job flying Boeing 757s in Thailand! My wife and I constantly pray and seek God's face , we are on a journey to witness the GOOD NEws to the world about Jesus our savior. If and when the Lord sends us from Saipan to Thailand we will continue to preach the word of God to those that have not heard it before. We ask for your continued prayers and support as the Holy Spirit directs us to Thailand for me to fly and witness to all of the Nations of the World. Once I get this high paying jet-job I will continue to tithe money to you at Countryside Christian Center so that people like us having the "faith like a mustard seed" will continue to grow and spread the word of JESUS to all of the nations! Pastor Lloyd, please help me get answers I so desperately need. IF JESUS IS GOD THEN: 1. did he resurrect himself? 2. is he in heaven sitting at the right hand of himself? 3. when he was babtised did he open the heaven and tell himself he was well please with himself? 4. when he was on earth and was praying was he praying to himself? 5. when he was crusified was he crying out to himself? 6. why does the Bible refer to Jesus thru out as the Son of God?
